App doesn’t open and run properly…want money back!

Subject says it all. App d/l’d and installed from Mac store app, but when you run it it just does nothing.

Forget their support page…it looks like a hacker site…don’t know if it can be trusted…Apple should probably yank this product from their store…it’s not much money, but it appears to be a rip off, regardless of whatever the sellers “friends” are saying.
